Your service scope

From your brief to a defined set of deliverables.

Bring exhibitor requirements and show-floor delivery into one coordinated programme. Where appointed, Zeno supports organisers with stand packages, exhibitor communication, ordering workflows and installation planning, with responsibilities agreed for the event.

  • Stand standards and package development
  • Exhibitor communication and coordination
  • Ordering, artwork and submission workflows
  • Installation programme and show-floor operations
01

Define the stand packages and standards

Start with the event floor plan, exhibitor mix, venue requirements and build schedule. Agree the stand packages, included fittings, upgrade options and artwork specifications. Clear package information helps exhibitors understand what they receive and what they need to order separately.

02

Make exhibitor submissions easier to manage

Ordering, artwork and technical information need clear deadlines and a consistent review process. We can scope exhibitor communication and submission workflows around the event, defining who answers questions, reviews materials, approves changes and follows up on missing information.

03

Coordinate installation and show-floor operations

Plan deliveries, access, installation sequencing and handover around the organiser’s programme. Confirm the points of contact and process for resolving outstanding items before exhibitors arrive. Show support, dismantling and any post-event responsibilities are set out in the appointment scope.

Shared spaces, clear identities.

Before you commission

Make stand packages clear before exhibitors order

Define each package’s footprint, fittings, graphics and available upgrades, then connect them to the exhibitor submission process. Country pavilions and shared exhibition spaces may also need consistent participant branding, meeting allocations and common facilities. Establish the review and approval owners before orders or artwork begin arriving.

Useful answers

Your questions, before the next step.

Explore the details before you share your brief.

Are you the official contractor for every venue or exhibition?

No. Official stand-builder status applies only where Zeno has been appointed for a particular event. Share the event details so the relevant role and scope can be confirmed.

Can you support only part of an organiser’s programme?

Share the support required, existing suppliers and responsibilities already assigned. We can discuss a defined scope for stand packages, exhibitor coordination, ordering workflows or installation planning.

Can you support a country pavilion or a group of exhibitors?

Share the participant list, footprint, identity guidelines and shared facilities. We can discuss stand planning and coordination around common branding, individual meeting areas and the organiser’s responsibilities.

Can ordering and artwork submissions be managed through a portal?

An exhibitor portal can be included in the scope. Agree the products, options, approval workflow, deadlines and administrator responsibilities for the specific event before configuration.

How do you handle late exhibitor changes?

The event should have clear cut-off dates and a change-review process. Assess each request against production progress, venue rules, cost and the build programme, with acceptance confirmed before work proceeds.

Plan the service around your European show.
