Storage used by this website.
- Privacy choice: Zeno stores a record in local storage under
zeno-europe-privacy-v1. It contains your category choices, policy/configuration version and dates. It is used for 180 days and is not sent to an advertising service. - Duplicate prevention: if you permit measurement and successfully submit an enquiry, a session-storage marker remembers that its event was already sent. It uses an opaque enquiry reference, contains no form answers and lasts for the browser tab's session.
- Hosting and security: the hosting provider may use essential technical information or security cookies to deliver and protect the service. Your browser can also cache images and other website files.
Local storage is kept on your device until it is replaced or cleared; an expired privacy choice is no longer treated as permission.
Optional Google measurement.
Analytics: with your permission, Google Analytics measures page views and accepted enquiries. Google may process browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_… help distinguish visits. This site configures their expiry to 180 days without automatically extending it on each visit.
Our measurement events exclude your name, email, company and project brief. They do not include URL query strings or fragments. Enquiry conversion events are triggered only after the server confirms acceptance; events that occur before permission are not replayed later.
