01 / Who we are

Your information and Zeno.

Zeno Exhibition Pte. Ltd. ("Zeno", "we" or "us") is responsible for personal information handled through this Europe-facing website and its project enquiries. This policy covers visitors, prospective clients and people contacting our Europe team.

For a project delivered under a separate agreement, that agreement may provide further information about the organisations involved and how project records are handled.

02 / Information we collect

What you share with us.

  • Contact and business details: your name, work email, company and information you include in subsequent correspondence.
  • Project details: show, city or venue, opening and build dates, stand size, budget, service scope, project requirements and any supporting-document link you provide.
  • Enquiry records: the submission reference, delivery status and related communications needed to handle your request.
  • Technical information: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, request times, requested pages and error information to deliver and protect the site.

The main form requires your name, email, company, show or venue and project requirements. Other project fields are optional. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot process the online form without its required fields.

Supporting documents are submitted as links. The form does not upload or automatically retrieve their contents. Our team may open a link to review the project; the document host controls access under its own settings and privacy terms. Share only relevant information you are entitled to provide, and leave out passwords, payment-card details and sensitive personal information.

03 / How we use it

For your project conversation.

We use your information to respond, clarify requirements, prepare a scope or quotation, coordinate agreed services and maintain related business records. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the grounds for processing depend on the purpose:

  • Business enquiries and coordination: our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective and existing clients and delivering requested business services.
  • A contract with you personally: taking steps you request before a contract, or performing that contract.
  • Website security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interests in protecting the site and preventing fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
  • Required records and lawful requests: compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. This website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Automated checks help validate and protect the form; our team handles project discussions.

04 / Who receives it

Our team and service providers.

The main project-brief form sends your enquiry to our Europe team at europe@zenoexhibition.com. Enquiry correspondence is retained in the team's business email systems. There is no public list of enquiries.

  • Zeno personnel: people reviewing the request, preparing a proposal or managing the relationship.
  • Hostinger: website hosting and infrastructure that process web requests and form submissions.
  • Resend and business email providers: delivery and storage of enquiry messages, contact details, project information and related correspondence.
  • Google: optional analytics or campaign measurement, according to your cookie choices. See our Cookie policy.
  • Project partners and advisers: where necessary for requested services, professional advice, disputes or legal requirements. Relevant details may also be disclosed to authorities when lawfully required.

Email links open your own email application. Its provider also handles the message under its own privacy terms. Other websites and document services linked from this site have their own policies.

05 / International processing

A team working across borders.

Zeno is based in Singapore and coordinates European projects. Your information may be processed outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, including in Singapore and, for Resend's email delivery operations, the United States. Applicable privacy laws can differ between countries.

Our providers describe their processing and transfer arrangements in the Hostinger Data Processing Addendum and Resend Data Processing Addendum. Resend's terms incorporate EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum for the transfers they cover.

Contact us to ask about processing locations and the safeguards applicable to your information, or to request information about the relevant transfer terms.

06 / How long we keep it

Retention follows the purpose.

Retention depends on whether an enquiry is active, whether it leads to a project, and whether records are needed for follow-up, contractual commitments, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Information should no longer be retained in identifiable form once those purposes end.

Email records, delivery logs and backups can have different retention cycles. Closing a webpage does not delete a submitted enquiry. You can ask us to review or delete your information; some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation or another applicable exception requires it.

07 / Cookies and measurement

The current website setup.

Optional Google measurement is available only with your permission. Analytics helps us understand website use; advertising measurement helps attribute accepted enquiries to campaigns. Only categories listed in Cookie settings are available. We rely on consent for optional measurement, and each category stays off until you allow it.

We use essential browser storage to remember privacy choices for 180 days. Hosting and security infrastructure may process necessary technical information to operate the service. Fonts and the cinematic image sequence are served with the website.

Read our Cookie policy for the current services, storage, purposes and provider information, or open to review your choices. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect your ability to browse or submit an enquiry. Your contact details and project brief are not included in our measurement events, and this site does not enable personalised advertising or enhanced conversions.

08 / Protecting information

Practical protection.

The website uses HTTPS, form validation, submission limits and abuse checks. Enquiry information is intended for authorised staff and providers handling the purposes described above. No online service or email system can guarantee absolute security.

This is a business-services website and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, or that an enquiry contains information that should not have been shared, please contact us.

09 / Your privacy rights

Ask about your information.

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you supplied.

Your right to object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You can also object to direct marketing at any time.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Email europe@zenoexhibition.com with your request and, if available, your enquiry reference. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the record, and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You can complain to the relevant data protection authority without contacting us first. In the EEA, this may be the authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred; see the European Data Protection Board's authority directory. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

10 / Policy updates

Keeping this notice current.

We may update this policy as the website, service providers or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current notice. Where required, a material change will be communicated separately or a fresh consent choice will be requested.
