Exhibition stand design and build in Germany.

Bring your brand to the German show floor with a stand planned around your audience, products and venue. Zeno’s European portfolio includes completed environments in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dortmund, Hannover, Düsseldorf and Cologne.

Different shows. Different spaces.

From protective equipment to retail technology and dental products, these selected projects show the range of environments in our German portfolio.

One scope around your show.

We can connect stand design, technical development, production and installation, or support a defined specialist scope. Your proposal identifies the deliverables, client inputs, production route and site responsibilities. The delivery arrangement is agreed around your event, budget and required scope.

Start with the actual exhibitor manual.

Venue details alone are not enough to plan a build. Share the current event manual, floor plan, allocated hall, access schedule and submission deadlines. Confirm required services and approval responsibilities before finalising the design. Requirements for one event should not be assumed to apply to another at the same venue.

Compare the complete delivery cost.

Separate design and construction from organiser services, equipment, freight, handling, installation and dismantling. Ask which costs are fixed, provisional or paid directly to the organiser. If the stand continues to another show, include adaptation, storage and condition checks in the comparison.

Begin with the venue.

Use the venue’s official website to locate current event information. Visitor addresses and links for further European venues are available in our directory.

Prepare a useful first brief.

Send the exhibition name, dates, stand dimensions, open sides and floor plan. Add the products you plan to show, demonstration and meeting requirements, budget guidance and decision deadline. If your marketing team is based outside Europe, name the people who will approve design, artwork and commercial decisions.
