Technical development
The completeness of the supplied design affects the drawing and coordination work required.
Our exhibition stand production and installation service connects the approved design with fabrication, logistics and on-site assembly. Define the technical information, organiser interfaces and handover requirements early, with dismantling agreed as part of the delivery plan.
For exhibitors or agencies with an approved concept that needs technical development and delivery.

Turn an approved concept into a coordinated build. Zeno can support technical development, fabrication, logistics, installation and dismantling within a defined scope, connecting the design team’s intent with the practical requirements of the show floor.
We review the drawings, specifications, materials and interfaces needed to fabricate and assemble the stand. Flag unresolved structure, lighting, graphics, AV or product requirements early. An attractive render is a starting point; fabrication needs dimensions, details and approvals.
The actual organiser manual determines the required documents and deadlines. Agree who prepares and submits technical information and who orders services such as electricity, rigging and connectivity. Approval remains with the relevant organiser or venue; it cannot be guaranteed by a contractor.
Packing, transport, delivery slots and the installation sequence need to fit the venue’s build window. Site checks should cover the agreed finishes, graphics and integrated equipment. Confirm the handover contact, outstanding-item process, dismantling arrangements and any post-show storage before opening day.

A render communicates appearance, but fabrication needs dimensions, junction details, material specifications and equipment interfaces. Before production starts, identify which drawings are approved, which items are supplied by others and who can authorise changes. This is particularly important when the design agency, exhibitor and site team are working in different locations.
Compare the full service scope, including items supplied by your team or ordered separately. The right estimate depends on the requirements of your project.

Materials, finishes, packing, transport and venue handling shape the delivery budget.
Build windows, access constraints, crew requirements and removal arrangements need to be priced explicitly.
Explore the details before you share your brief.
Share the concept, available drawings, specifications and design permissions. We will identify the technical information still needed and define the production and installation scope.
The proposal should identify any included allowances and separately payable organiser services. Confirm power, rigging, internet, handling and other show-specific charges before comparing totals.
These can be included in the agreed scope. Confirm the venue access periods, assembly requirements, removal schedule and destination of retained components when requesting a proposal.
Yes. Share the available design package and identify the design approval owner. We can define the technical development, fabrication and installation responsibilities while coordinating unresolved details with the agency.
Agree the checklist before installation. It should cover the approved layout, finishes, graphics, supplied equipment and any outstanding items, with a named contact for acceptance and follow-up.
Venue access, submission dates and organiser services vary by exhibition. Share your actual show details so we can define the requirements for that event.
