Plan the stand around your audience.
WTCE brings travel catering, onboard services and passenger-comfort suppliers to Hamburg. Your stand needs to make the product or service easy to understand while giving buyers space to examine it and talk to your team. A physical sample display and a digital demonstration have different support needs. Define those requirements before choosing the stand architecture.
Specify what visitors will experience
List the products, samples or demonstrations you plan to bring, including their size, weight, equipment and handling needs. If a demonstration requires power, connectivity or a specialist setup, identify the supply and responsible team. Where food or drink is involved, confirm the applicable organiser requirements directly rather than assuming a display counter covers everything needed.
Separate demonstration and discussion
Allow room for a presenter, participating visitors and people watching. Position the next conversation so it can continue without obstructing the demonstration. Plan where samples are replenished, packaging is kept and devices are reset. Screens need readable content at the actual viewing distance; a large screen alone does not make a complex offer clear.
Test before the show-floor handover
Bring the content owner, hardware supplier and stand team into the same test plan. Confirm who supplies the media, connections and equipment, then rehearse the visitor sequence and fallback presentation. Check the current WTCE manual for technical orders and access deadlines. Any show support after handover needs an agreed contact and scope.

- Replenishment, storage and waste-handling needs
- Installation, demonstration testing and handover contacts
Add your stand dimensions, budget guidance and delivery scope. Mark provisional information so it can be resolved during the first review.
