Plan the stand around your audience.
An exhibition stand at WTM London needs to explain your travel offer quickly and support useful conversations once visitors step inside. Whether you are presenting a destination, hospitality brand or travel technology platform, start with the people you need to meet and what they should understand before the meeting ends. Zeno can scope the stand design, production and installation around those priorities.
Give meetings room to work
Map the number of simultaneous appointments, the size of each group and the expected walk-in activity. A welcome point should help visitors find their host without blocking a live conversation. Place screens so the presenter and guest can see them together, and include somewhere to keep bags, brochures and equipment out of the meeting area.
Turn a destination or platform into a clear story
Choose the message that must be understood from the aisle, then reserve the detail for the conversation. For a travel technology demo, include the actual devices, software access and power requirements in the brief. For a destination stand, agree how individual partners are identified within the main brand. These are different content and layout challenges, even when the footprints are similar.
Plan the build at Excel London
Share the confirmed floor plan and the current exhibitor manual before fixing the design. Check submission deadlines, service orders, delivery arrangements and the installation window with the organiser. The public show dates do not establish when contractors can enter. If your stand travels between UK and continental European events, include the freight route and appoint a logistics contact early.
